Built around your business
An occupied space can't shut down for painting. We plan phased schedules, night and weekend work where the job needs it, and protection that keeps customers and staff moving through the space. On tenant improvements, we sequence our work with the other trades and the GC's schedule.
For general contractors
We bid from your plans and specs and return a written proposal that names the scope, what's included, and what's excluded. Our proposals list the paint schedule by room and surface, so there are no gaps between what you carried and what we price. Certificates of insurance with additional-insured and waiver-of-subrogation endorsements are available on request. Send plans to info@custompaintingpro.com.
