Painting the Redington beaches
The three Redington towns share a narrow stretch of barrier island between the Gulf of Mexico and Boca Ciega Bay. Redington Shores is mostly water by area, with homes and condominiums packed between the beach and the bay, and a large share of homes in all three towns are seasonal residences or rentals.
Â
That location means constant exposure to salt air, sun and wind-driven rain. Exterior paint on Gulf-facing walls breaks down sooner, and metal railings and doors rust once their coating fails. We pressure wash to remove salt and chalk, seal stucco cracks, recaulk, clean and prime rusted metal, and apply premium-grade exterior products suited to coastal exposure. Bay-side homes with docks and seawalls get careful protection for landscaping, pools and boats while we work.
Â
We also paint repaired and rebuilt homes after the 2024 storms, repaint interiors for owners and rental managers, and work with condo associations on exteriors and common areas.
